Details given in an enquiry from a potential client will be kept for six months unless therapy / counselling sessions commence.

 

If therapy/counselling commences information will be kept in accordance with the BACP’s ethical practice guidelines.

Personal details will not be used for marketing purposes. Details will only be forwarded in the event that therapy commences and requires such intervention and in accordance with the Client Agreement.
