About
Experience
Hello, I'm here to offer more than just counselling and therapy - I'm here to be a companion on your journey. Maybe you're just figuring out who you are, what matters to you, and navigating life's ups and downs. If challenges have popped up and you're not sure what's next, I'm here to help.

I've sat alongside individuals from various backgrounds, each with their own unique stories and worries. My aim is to provide a safe, judgement-free haven; a space where you can gently unfold the chapters of your life at your own pace.

If the idea of starting therapy leaves you feeling nervous, or if you have apprehensions about opening up that's absolutely okay. I was the same when I first saw a therapist. To ease into it, we can schedule a 20-minute video call - a chance for you to get a feel for how we might work together. No pressure, just an opportunity for us to connect and see if it feels right for you.

In our sessions, my commitment is to be fully present with you, sharing the moment as you experience it. Through this shared presence, I believe we can find meaning in your life, understand your place in the world, and reveal the possibilities.

I hold a Postgraduate Diploma (Level 7) in Integrative Psychotherapy & Counselling which gives me a broad knowledge of Psychodynamic, Humanistic and Existential therapies. I naturally lean towards Existential therapy as I feel this approach gives us more possibilities in the therapy room.

I work with adults and young people. My experience ranges from working in private practice, psychotherapy clinics, universities, secondary schools, pupil referral units and with families in the community.

How I work
I work online & in-person and I offer open-ended sessions as well as shorter term therapy.

I trained in integrative therapy which allows me to draw on a number of different therapeutic approaches. I naturally lean more towards existential therapy which I find gives more freedom to explore who you are and how you want to live, gaining deeper insights into yourself.

All sessions are confidential and I abide by the BACP Ethical Framework which you can view here.
